Trees Are My Angels is a sculptural work by Artist Fiona Harding (Spirit You) investigating the space between the visible and invisible, the material and the metaphysical. Drawing from an autobiographical lens, Harding reimagines trees not as passive elements of the landscape but as sentient beings – sources of protection, guidance, love, and familiarity.

By invoking the archetype of the angel (a figure traditionally seen as a bridge between the divine and human realms) she calls attention to the sacred role trees play in our lives. The work invites reflection on the spiritual intelligence embedded in the natural world and challenges the viewer to encounter trees as conscious presences alongside their ecological function.
